MIX
Mix is a project that seeks to break with established norms, pursuing unconventional expressions. The wines are defined by their spirit of freedom and rebellion, removed from established patterns and expectations, in which the winemaker merely guards them from any danger or imbalance that may arise along the way, so they can express themselves with their full identity.
MIXTURA
In keeping with the essence of the Bauhaus, there is no essential difference between the artist and the craftsman; rather, the artist is a refinement of the craftsman. And wine, understood as art, must be conceived by master craftsmen in order to reach its fullest expression. Unifying the trades of viticulturist and winemaker, at Mixtura the same person who tends to the cultivation and care of the vine is the one charged with drawing out the essence of each grape, made manifest in the form of wine.
